Orders are usually dispatched from our warehouses within 5 business days after payment has been received. Freight can take approximately 20 business days. Please note: We are not responsible for custom and shipping delays, on certain occasions orders will be combined to lower the freight costs.
Our products are located in South Africa, USA, China and Israel. Usually order items are consolidated and tested at our Cape Town warehouse before being shipped to you.

As well as negotiating the best possible rates with our shipping partners, we also have a zero mark-up on all shipping fees quoted and charged to our customers. Thus, saving you money.
All shipments are shipped via courier and freight. If required we are able to ship using your shipping account.
We will never ship orders via EMS, Standard Post or the Post Office, after all we want you to receive your order.

Returns
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please notify us via our Helpdesk before we have dispatched/shipped the goods from our warehouse for a full refund.
If the incorrect goods have been delivered to you or the goods delivered to you is damaged or defective, a return needs to be initiated within 24 hours of the goods being delivered to you. To initiate a return please log a ticket via our Helpdesk.
No refunds, replacements, exchanges or credits will be given for consumable goods or services.
The right to return the goods to us will not apply when the product has been specifically made or customized for you.
